Horrible service! I got charged 3 times for a flight and avianca took money out of my account 3 times . It has been 2 weeks, I have sent emails, sent a message on Facebook, called up and even went into the office today in Santa Marta. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. I tried to explain to them what happened and they said they cannot help and just wrote down the link to their website. I have never received this kind of customer service in my life.
