I dont have my executive club card as I have lost it and need it replaced. My ID number is 4501130004081 I think my number for the card is 18474335. My address is 17 Dronfield Rd, Glenwood, Durban 4001 Please post one asap. I travel at least 3 times a month on various airlines as I am a tour guide.
I have just tried to check in on-line for my BA flight to London tomorrow.I am unable to do so because for some reason the booking reference cannot be recognised.Upon my final attempt I was told that I was timed out and that I should try again in 24hours.Not possible because I (we are meant to be flying in about 12 hours time.
I am well past 70 years of age and find such an occurrence rather distressing to say the least.
Once again BA. comes up trumps (NOT).
Please please help me. I am flying to London this Fri 14th June, ref no. PYJTH4, and I have been trying to pay and book my seat early, for the last three weeks – a few times every day, and every time it says the option is not available. I urgently desperately need an aisle seat so I can get to a bathroom quickly – I have bowel issues related to pancreatic cancer. I have not been able to book early and I donāt know why. There is no phone number anywhere in all the searching I have done, so no real live person to explain my predicament to.
Please please help me.
Thank you.
Anne Bridget Gordon
I was booked on the British Airways flight from Durban to Heathrow direct flight on 10 September – one of the days when flights were cancelled due to strike action. I was offered an alternative flight 3 days prior to that via Johannesburg with a 10 hour wait between flights. The date was not suitable for me and I was also unable to get on a flight with my daughter who was travelling with me. She was offered a different flight. As a result we have had to cancel our flights, which we booked in February and book new flights on a different airline. This has involved considerable extra cost and a lot of stress. I am completely unhappy with the way this has been handled. It was the first time I had booked with British Airways and I doubt I will do so in future.
Can you give me any indication at this point when the direct flight Durban to Heathrow might be flying again.
What happens now that flights are grounded. I have two tickets booked
Booking no V82WNH Wallace.
Our flight LHR to Johannesburg has been re-scheduled. I have gone in to manage booking and there is no facility to accept. Also it only gives half an hour to connect with the Durban leg which is impossible.
I have tried numerous times to phone all the numbers for BA including London without a response.
Please can you help with both these issues or direct this to the relevant authority.
My previous problem re accepting a rescheduled flight has finally been resolved by phone after one week
