Eligible for refund if your flight was cancelled by Cebu Pacific or if it’s delayed by at least three hours and you have not yet rebooked nor converted the flight to Travel Fund at the time of cancellation.

2.How long is the refund processing time?

CEB will process refund requests within 15 calendar days. Actual crediting of refunds to the guest’s account will depend on the issuing bank.

3.How long is the Processing time for cash refund request?

To process your request as soon as we get the complete details. Due to the volume of requests we receive, allow us to process your cash refund within two (2) months.

      The 2 Hong Kong offices of Cebu Pacific in Tain Sha Tsui and Central are incorrect and the phone number 27220609.
      I wanted to arrange the refund of two sets of flight tickets (Booking Reference No. PFCBKZ & IHZC9D).
      The flights of the tickets were cancelled due to COVID and Cebu Pacific approved in email that I can “Rebook flight ticket”, “convert to travel fund” or “request for refund”. However I can proceed online to request for refund, so I proceeded to the HK Office of Cebu Pacific to arrange for the refund.
      Nevertheless the 2 addresses of Cebu office in HK Tsimshatsui and Central are incorrect and the phone number 27220609 does not exist.
      Grateful if you would provide me the Cebu Pacific HK office address and advise how I can proceed with the refund.

      My flight ticket have been changed once due to COVID-19 before. Reference no. DH4GJT. As said by the agent before, I can rebook it at any time . However, it charges me $3xxx when I try to reschedule the flight. It is unreasonable because it only charge me $29xx for a new booking! It is grateful if you can reply me via my email

    My helper is going back to Manila on Feb 27 taking the 9AM flight. she iwill conduct a Covid-19 Test on Feb 25 at 10am and will get the results on Feb 26.

    My question is you required the Covid Test conducted within 48 hours from her flight, but by the time she arrives in Manila will be around 11:30am, which will past the 48 hours she actually did her test.
