    I unwittingly left my suitcase in Bangkok, because the representative that I spoke with back in Canada before I left, informed me that it would be sent straight through to Phuket and I didn’t have to worry about anything else. As you can guess, this wasn’t the case and the staff at Phuket airport took my informayion on February 16 and I have not heard from anyone. I have sent five e-mails to China Eastern Airway at different addresses and all have come back with delivery error stating, unable to send. Here I am in Phuket with no proper clothing and potentially losing expensive gear, only a cell phone and very limited budget. How can this get resolved?

    I need to talk to someone about taking fluids on a flight. I will gladly go to Bangkok to the office and talk diredtly to someone that knows.
    I need to return to Canada but have developed a problem since I came to Thailand. I must catheter evry 6 hours to release urine my bladder does not work. To do this it requires the use of fluids. The catheter is kept in a tube of alcohol except when being used. When I used it I need normal saline to wash it then jell to lubricate it. I also need to povidine to keep the area where I catheter clean.
    So my question will be can I carry these things on board and if I can how much can I carry on board? I will also carry some in my suitcase for use in Canada till I can get the supplies in Canada.
    Should I go to Bangkok and talk to a representative there?

    I just arrived in Bangkok, Thailand from the US and found my computer which was packed in one of my 2 boxes was bent, twisted with the face punched in and the HD ripped out, screws missing, broken chunks of plastic floating around, the large fans bent and twisted and the unit is completely unusable. I have no number that will answer, only rings. I am attempting to contact them but finding it very difficult.

    I was denied boarding my booked flight by the representative for China Eastern in Bangkok office without any alternatives because my lay over time in china was through 2 stops in china and was about a day in transit time…the only option she gave me is to call china from Bangkok and which couldn’t because have no international calls on my phone plan from the tourist SIM card from Thailand
    I was left stranded with no help from the airline and have to buy my other flight back home on my own expenses to be able to get to my work
    that was on Aug 10, 2019 ….and the company did not refund me back for my return flight that they denied me to board the airplane…
    The representative from Thai airways was so rude and careless of my situation…and did not provide any compensation or hotel or any answer..

    My flight to Japan has been cancelled and didn’t get information from your airline. My flight is MU521 to Japan by via at Shanghai (MU548) on 13th October 2019. When I arrived at Suvarnabhumi Airport, the check-in counter said flight cancelled and not get all information, they just only gave me a phone no 862120695530 press 4 but it is Chinese language. I already contact with my accommodation in Japan, they said that need evidence that flight cancel then they will postpone my booking. My question is 1. Evidence that flight cancel. 2. Re-booking to go to Japan.

    PGEWGW flight 542 BKK to Shanghai and flight 577 to Los Angeles. Please make sure Michael Hayden and Noemi Urgiles’ seats are next to each other. On the way to Shanghai, they overbooked and bumped Noemi to fly standby (they got her a seat but was not next to me). Was very angry about this. When tickets are bought together, it is mandatory we get the flight and implied that we sit together. I would like an isle seat also, even if it costs more.
