      Good day. I will travel with my 2 year old son from Ottawa to Toronto to Manila Philippines this coming Nov. 29. He is still drinking in a bottle and he only drink pediasure liquid or Presidents Choice Pediatric Nutritional Supplement 235ml. Is it possible to bring it with me?       You lost one of my bags on a flight to Pearson. Your representative assured me the bag would arrive 1 December, and we would be contacted. That never happened.
      The follow up phone number you wrote on my lost baggage form is disconnected. Meanwhile, my wife received a text in Chinese that says something about a flight being rescheduled to January.

      Good day! My flight going to Manila will be on DEC.23,2018 but I notice that it has a 24 hours layover,for a senior citizen like me it is a very long waiting period. Is it possible for me to be given a free accomodation or lounge to sleep even for a few hours? I think there’s a policy that it is a mandatory for an airline to provide accomodation for every passenger having 12 hours and up layover, mine is 24 hours layover.

      I have booked a flight from Toronto Pearson to Cebu, Philipines on December 26th, 2018.

      Good Day,

      I have been traveled using the China Eastern Airline from Seoul to Shanghai and to Toronto as being one stop at the Shanghai Pudong International Airport before going to Toronto.

      When I was immigrating at the PVG, it took the time almost over one hour. After that I was starting to run as quick as I can. Because my next flight to Toronto was supposed to take off at 12:05 pm at PVG Terminal 1. I arrived at Terminal 1 of PVG at 11:25 am. I asked to someone working at customer services at PVG about my next flight to Toronto and where I can exactly take the place for checking in. But the representative answered me the check in was finished. BUT it was remaining the time for 40 minutes till the flight taking off. I didn’t understand what he was saying like that to me.

      And they offered that I should buy a new ticket in order to come to Toronto in the same day. WHAT SITUATION OF THIS????????????? It was NOT my fault!!! I was stuck in the immigration at PVG. Even though this reason of I was stuck in the immigration at PVG, why they told me that I should buy a new ticket as almost US $1.300.00. NOT being just a bit of panelty??????????????????????????

      Eventually, I bought a new ticket with the price of US $1.300.00 at PVG. It was being from the Chinese money CNY 8673.00.

      They told me that is the one way of choice for me to go to Toronto as I should buy a new one. I don’t understand and am very angry as this situation by China Eastern Airlines and as well the representatives who have given this kind of result to me at PVG.

      I am asking you that I need to refund this price as US $1.300.00, CNY 8673.00 as soon as possible and also, I have a receipt about this price by representative of PVG.

      You please give me the best answer and contact number of China Eastern Airline’s office.

      I was in Toronto last week and wanted to talk to a China Eastern representative so I went to 420-121 Bloor St E and all I found was a TD Bank. I have been trying to register with China Eastern Airline many times to no avail. What is the secret? In the past they used to send me an e-mail telling me how many Eastern miles I got for each leg of the trip but not for my last two trips. My Eastern Miles Membership number is: 653012327188 and I would like to know how many miles I have accumulated so for and how many miles I need for a trip Toronto-Bangkok-Toronto. I booked a trip Toronto-Shanghai-Bangkok on the 30 Oct 2019, return Bangkok-Shanghai-Toronto 15 April 2020, confirmation number: NEJZB4. I also requested aisle seats, I got two at first that I paid for then it got cancelled and I got a refund. Why is that? To me it is very important as I have a condition and I have to make frequent trips to the bathroom. Your help is needed.
