None of the phone numbers work, and the website extension for baggage inquiries is also not working.

Dear Sir,
I am totally unhappy with China Eastern management, the way they treat their customer.
In fact, this should be treated as complaint & be lodged with management.
I am giving below details of my return from Shanghai on 24th June-
China Eastern Airlines Flight got delayed by 2.30 hours to Hong Kong.
Flight No- MU 509 dated 24th June 17 was supposed to arrive at 1610 hrs but reached at 1920 hrs at Hongkong. I had the connecting flight to Mumbai from Hongkong Jet Airways flight 9W75 dated 24th June 2017 was to depart at 1945 hrs. I missed the flight cause of delay by china eastern airlines.
Please note that I had done web check in at Shanghai copy of same is attached herewith.
China Eastern Airlines informed us that Jet Airways Officials at Hong Kong International airport refused to board aircraft in spite of repeated requests.
Please note that there were 19 passengers on 24th who had arrived by China Eastern Airlines & were to boards Jet Airways Flight 9W75.
we were informed that all flights of Jet Airways are full till 27th & we cannot be accommodated.
In spite of repeated requests, both airlines did not take any care of passengers & we Indians were left to fend ourselves in the foreign country.
I demand compensation of Rs. 65,000 (Fare) which I paid to Malaysia Airlines for returning to India ( Mumbai) via Kuala Lumpur.
kindly arrange payment at the earliest within 15 days.

I just made a booking reservation (booing number 6038885032 & 6038885045). I misspelled my son’s name on the ticket (ticket number 781-5387536972 & the other one for the return flight). Please change his name on the ticket from JOPEPH to JOSEPH.
