My name is Syeda Ume Laila Gardezi. My booking confirmation number is HPLXCG. My flight is on 12th Nairobi to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Seattle. Then on 17th Seattle to Amsterdam and Amsterdam to Nairobi.
One 23rd Aug I upgraded my tickets as per the following table. The route from Nairobi to Amsterdam on 12th Oct and then return route from Amsterdam to Nairobi on 17th Oct. I paid via Visa and received confirmation from the bank about the payments. Now when I am revisiting the seats , both seats on KLM are not changed (in red below). I even ended up paying twice ( so as not to lose the seats) and it is still not showing the change on the website. However I have the confirmation of seat payments attached.
I ended up paying twice for both upgrades. Will I KLM sector double payment to be reversed?.
