Sorry, my name is Dirk Kühlem from germany. I booked aflight with your airline on 21. of octobre to Entebbe/Uganda. I found out, after booking, that i am on my return-flight only allowed to take one piece of my baggage back, while taking two pieces on my way to africais allowed. This was unknown to me before and makes me trouble. So i got to know that your airline changed her baggage conditions,. For me a negative surprise. This general information i got from egyptair Frankfurt. I wanted to speak with your agents in Amsterdam, because i fly from there, but since days i cant reach your office by phone call.I am always flying with your ailine to africa, because i prefer your conditions and services, but the problem with the baggage is really hard to manage to me. Hopefully you find a good solution for this. This is my request to you as a really good airline.

For a few monhs i cant connect by telephone, i wait for hours, voice seeing that I will be connected, i have a question if it is already possible to fly from Aswan to Amsterdam, without extra cost, we cant fly on 23-4
And hace a vouche for a next flight. We see on the site the planned flights, but all the time cancelled later.

I did try several times to call your office, but, without any success.
That is unfortunately, because, call or mail are legitimate means of communications.
The reason I called is that last year my flight to Uganda through Cairo was postponed by EgyptAir due to covid-19 outbreak.
Then, when calling was not working I went myself to your office, and I was told to again or send an email with a new date to travel , if things become normal.
Now I know the date I would like to use that ticket, so please response to this mail.

Question: We have a reservation, QO72SI. Flight From Amsterdam to Luxor, with a transfer at Cairo. We received a change of flightdate. The first date was: wednesday 2021-10-20, From AMS to CAI, 15.40 hour with MS758. And Then From Cairo to Luxor With MS060 at 22,45 hour.
The change is: thursday 2021-10-21 same time to Cairo. From There same time to Luxor but at wednesday 2021-10-20! This is not possible. Will You Change the flight from Cairo to Luxor, with MS060 at 22.45 hour to Thursday 2021-10-21 instead of Wednesday?
