we need clarification regarding Income Tax Deduction on Air Ticked of Emirates Airline issued by local travel agencies in town. currently the travel agent charged/collect Income tax at the time of issuing air ticket , in case of customer intent to claim refund of Withholding tax deducted on Air line ticket, the income Tax department refund not allow due to non availability of Computerize Payment Receipt.
Travel agent help less to provide C.P.R and we loss the Tax amount which was paid by your self on our befalf at the time of Ticked issues to our name.
pls may guide how i can claim refund with out Computerize Payment Receipt. A certificate lieu of copy of paid challan also need a CPR number be mentioned
