I arrived Accra with your good flight ET921 from Addis Ababa on 10th of October, and I bought duty free items worth about usd300 aboard the flight.
After landing,I disembarked and forgot to take my duty free item,which were in a plastic bag and stowed under the seat in front of me. My seat number was 23J.
Sir,about 25mins later,whiles heading home,I recollected and returned to enquirer at the airport but to my shock,none of the responsible ground staff were of any fruitful assistance to me. They expressed hopelessness at the issue.
I therefore wish to contact your good office to assist via some means,e.g onboard camera footage to help identify who could have possibly taken the item. This is very important for the good name of your esteemed establishment.
I believe this would help instill honesty among all concerned.

Ticket office closes before time for them to close. I had to beg to extent and yet my ticket was not issued. All the because was told sales is already done. As at 16:30. Very bad

Please are your offices open in Accra?
Avoid this airline if possible, use another carrier if they travel to your destination. The office in Accra may not be a representative for the offices elsewhere, but this one is extremely poorly managed and not up to standard. I personally witnessed the deplorable manner in which this office treated customers who queued for the opportunity to purchase tickets to depart Accra and it was nothing short of chaotic, but perhaps the kicker is the flippant manner in which employees behaved, or misbehaved rather, it was quite frankly horrid and unacceptable. They had people line up for several hours with not a single employee coming out to manage the chaos and the solitary one who did, a young Ghanaian woman could have just flipped the entire line the bird as she completely ignored calls for her attention and insisted the names on the list could not be any of those gathered there because they were from the American Embassy even though all those gathered were citizens. They have been selling airline tickets they had no intention on honoring and should frankly be sued for false advertising. The manager was also selling tickets to some through the back end while there were some with medical conditions and facing destitution in Accra. Let the US Embassy alone keep them in business with a list and take your money elsewhere.
My children namely, Kwame Owusu Atuahene and Princess Owusu Atuahene bought tickets from you to travel to Brazil on Tuesday, but to their disappointment they were not ok to board. They were asked to wait as they seek permission from somewhere. For about three days they have not heard anything from your office. They are still lodging in a hotel in Accra.
