    For weeks now I have been trying to book flights from Bangkok to Abu Dhabi in December. The website does not work, all I get is the ‘Snap, something went wrong’ message. My emails to Etihad are simply returned to me, blank with no answer. I think I need to find another airline. Please help if you can. I never thought Etihad do not care about customers. Etihad is my favourite airline, but what can I do?

    Dear Sir, Madam,
    I was scheduled to fly from Bangkok to Manchester UK on 6th September 2018. Due to an accident i was hospitalised and could not make it. I have been informed thru an agent that my ticket was very kindly extended to 04 April 2019 by Mr Marko main office Abu Dhabi.
    I am now able to travel back to UK to get proper treatment and would like to leave on 29th October 2018 on Flight EY 405 as my insurance has expired, arriving Manchester 0640 7th October 2018 where i will be picked up at the airport.Please advise me what fine/levy will be added and will gladly pay at the BKK airport. Kindly advise.

    About the following Tickets: Koenraad Vanlerberghe : 6072995911669 and Anne Vanneste: 6072954525871 Dear Sir, Madam Due to unavoidable circumstances we both missed our flight from brussels – Bangkok on 18 december 2018. We arrived later on in Bangkok with next available carrier on a one way ticket. What we hear now is that Etihad on a no-show cancels the return flight Bangkok – brussels, paid for and scheduled on 14 march 2019. We could not believe or accept that, therefore we contact your office. We need this return flight, as booked and paid, on the 14th of March to get back home. Please confirm to us, or do the necessary steps, to ensure we still have a valid return ticket back to Brussels regards, Koenraad Vanlerberghe Anne Vanneste Belgium

      Where is the Etihad office in Bangkok ?
      The Tonson tower is permanently closed. I need to change my fly and I cannot find any office/ cooperating travel agent to do so. I can see that it’s almost 6 month Etihad Airway didn’t update office contact? Please assist, inform accordingly and reply.

    My Etihad flight from Yangon / Rangun ba Bangkok Airways by Etihad and transit in Bangkok and Abu Dhabi destination to Frankfurt on the 7th of april is not possible anymore, because Bangkok Airways canceledflying from end of march from Yangon/Rangun to Bangkok.
    How can I contact you and change the flight? I am working at the german embassy in Rangun.

    I booked Ethiad flight via Bravofly (Confirmation Code: EPWMEK) and due to the Covid 19 pandermic my flight was cancelled and they asked me to contract Ethiad directly due to this unusual situation.. Once I tried to contact Ethiad.. it said that I have to contact the agency only.. I am so confused now. it seems like I was abondoned and My money has gone. Please give me any resolution what I can do to solve this problem I am so frustrated by this inconvenience..
