    Hello, my name is Rajat Kumar Banerjee. On 20th I was mis a flight from CCU-AUH, my flight no:ETIHAD AIRWAYS(EY)-255. Am came from cort during in the road to much trafic jam thats why am late. I reached at 20:30 H. But the deperture was 20:50 h. The person told me that the flight alredy left. Thats why I requested you plz it can be posdible for reshedule my flight.

    My name is bibek subba I have travelled from ccu to Bahrain via Abu Dhabi on 13sep2018 .In Bahrain I couldn’t recive luggage bcz cancellation of my tourist visa and that time my luggage tag num was missing. So i couldn’t cross the immigration and i couldnt report about my luggage in bahrain…..my friends visited to bahrain airport and they found my luggage in lost and found in bahrain.they asked for my luggage etihad incharge said that bibek have to complain about luggage in bahrain or in kolkata(ccu) airport but here in ccu eithad airways is saying that I couldn’t complain about my luggage from kolkata(ccu)….plz help me out my original documents are inside dat luggage

    Please note that I have face a problem to book the ticket ( from Kolkata to Cairo) through your airlines gateway.

    It is showing us the following message after using HDFC netbanking process through our HDFC bank account (tried twice from two different HDFC bank accounts, both the time showing the following):
    “We are sorry, we could not complete your booking.
    The system to process your payment is currently unavailable due to maintenance. (pe5)”

    we me &my wife dr rabindranath mukherjee&mrs bani mukherjee got return ticket for 16th june to go to manchester uk. we both ethiihad guest. our booking ref.ZDWLXC pl arrange a return date when you can . july/august any day. regards we did book seat with some extra payment. my wife got movement restriction. needs extra leg space.
