Traveled with four of us. Bought duty free items on board on Tuesday 2 October 2018 on board. Flight number is FJ423. Order number is NAN 120119/1/2. My seat number is 3E.
One of the duty free item was not that my daughter ordered. She wanted Love X pendant AGATHA as clearly shown the receipt and charged. But what we have is the BRACELET. Can you send me the correct one that we ordered and paid? Also let me know the address that I can send the brecelet back to you.
Online manage booking to modify flights is not working!! There is no notice advising something is wrong. Looks like there is no one on the 24 hour phone line either at 6am! been n hold 48 minutes now!!
I requested for a wheel chair for my mum and requested for a seat in front. When we arrived at the airport,the seat was booked but no wheelchair. I went to the service desk and the attendant named Roderick was so rude and told us that we need to arrive early. When I told him that I had already booked 48hours prior,he told me to go and talk to the person whom I booked the wheelchair. My mum ended up walking to the gate with injured knee and no support. I am not at all satisfied with the services provided by Fiji airways

It traces the history from 1922 Imperial Airways through the Present. We have included pictures of playing cards from my collection of 100’s of airlines.
