How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Aegean Airline?

Change / reschedule your travel date in Aegean:

Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date

1. Visit https://en.aegeanair.com/plan/my-booking/
2. Enter the booking reference, last name
3. Click “Continue” (or)
4. Miles +Bonus user ID / Number and Password / Pin
5. Select the date you want to reschedule
6. Confirm the submission.

How to get refund from Aegean airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?

By online

1. Visit https://en.aegeanair.com/refund-application/
2. Go to “My Bookings” and Click ‘request a refund’ under Flight details
3. Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.

Through Aegean Call Centre

• For any changes on partially used tickets, return tickets or tickets with multiple segments, Reroutings and cancellations, you can contact Aegean Call Center.
• If you cannot request a refund online, you can fill the form here
• Enter the name, email, phone number
• Enter the Aegean ticket number, booking reference
• Enter the passenger name
• Click ‘Submit’
• Your request will be processed manually by the Aegean customer service person.
• You’ll be charged 20 EUR (per ticket) for each transaction via the AEGEAN Call Center.
  * For codeshare flights, the fare rules and terms of transfer of the Airline operating the corresponding flight apply.
