How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Air France Airline?
Change / reschedule your travel date in Air France:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://wwws.airfrance.fr/en/trip
- Enter the booking reference, last name
- Click “Search” (or)
- If you have Flying Blue tickets “Log in” to your account to view your trip details.
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from Air France airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Visit https://wwws.airfrance.fr/en/information/legal/remboursement
- You can make your request by going to “My bookings”
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
- Click “Submit”.
Through Air France Call Centre
- If you cannot request a refund online, you can fill the form here
- Select the language that you needed.
- Enter the name, email, phone number
- Enter country, type of request, product type, reason for refund etc
- Click ‘Continue’
- If your request concerns a Flying Blue reward ticket, please contact Flying Blue customer service.
- For you buy a ticket at the moment, you can make insurance with Allianz by cancelling your bookings with Air France and make your claim with Allianz.
