How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in AirAsia Airline?

Change / reschedule your travel date in AirAsia:

Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date

1. Visit https://www.airasia.co.in/manage-booking
2. Enter the PNR (or) Booking reference number
3. Click “Get Itinerary”
4. Select the Flight date / time you want to reschedule, Guest Contact details etc.
5. Enter Guest details/ Gender/ Name Changes/ Contact details/ Pre-book or increase check-in baggage allowance/ Pre-book or change in-flight meals/ Change in seat selection.
6. Confirm the submission.

How to get refund from AirAsia airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?

By online

1. Visit www.airasia.com.
2. Click “Chat with AVA” – A chat box will appear.
3. Type ‘Air Asia Refund Request’
4. Choose the type of refund that you want (Flight Cancellation, Reschedule, Double payment, Duplicate booking).
5. Enter the booking code (6-Digit)
6. Enter the required details.
7. Click “Submit”.
