- Enter the booking reference, last name (or)
- Click “Search”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from Fiji Airways for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Visit https://fiji-airways.force.com/feedback/
- Select the category as “Refund Request”
- Click “Next”.
- Enter the required details and reason for refund request.
- Click “Submit”.
Through Fiji Call Centre
- You can get the procedure to cancel your flight or to request a refund on Fiji Airways cancellation by contacting the helpline number +679 6 720 888.
- Your request will be processed manually by the Fiji customer service person.
