How to change flight date / name / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Jambojet Airline?
Change / reschedule your travel date in Jambojet Airline:
Through Jambojet Airline Manage My Booking section, you can change of flight time and date / passenger name / cancel the flight.
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://booking.jambojet.com/retrievebooking.aspx
- Go to the “Manage My Booking” section, select what you want to change.
- Please enter your flight details to view your booking.
- Login with email id and password
- Enter the Booking Reference, first name, last name
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Click “Search”
- Confirm the submission.
- Pay the required fee if applicable.
Manage My Booking allows you to modify an existing flight booking:
- Add a bag
- Select a seat
- Change name
- View itinerary
- Resend itinerary
- Change time or date of travel – (If the time frame allows and if one sector has not been utilized).
- Actions that cannot be done on manage booking
- Rerouting – change of travel route.
- Remove seat
- Remove bag
- Cancel booking
- Add passenger
- Add special service request eg Infant, golf equipment etc
How to get refund from Jambojet Airline for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Bookings purchased directly from Jambojet Airline can be cancelled and refunded through Manage My Booking.
- For any changes made in your fully and/or partially-used booking, fare rules will apply.
- Fees for booking changes are non-refundable.
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
Through Jambojet Airline Service Centre / Call Centre
- If you cannot request a refund online, you can call the customer care number
- Your request will be processed manually by customer service person.
Through travel agent
- If you have booked a Jambojet Airline flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them for a refund.
