- Go to the “Manage booking” section, select what you want to change.
- Enter the booking code, first name, last name
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
- Pay the required fee if applicable.
How to get refund from Scoot Airline for unused / partially used flight tickets?
Scoot Airline tickets are non – cancellable and non-refundable except for the following reasons:
- Medical reasons
- Death of passenger or immediate family members
