How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Vietnam Airline?
Change / reschedule your travel date in Vietnam:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://www.vietnamairlines.com/nz/en/Home
- Go to “Manage Booking”
- Enter passenger ticket number, last name (or)
- Enter VN Reservation code/PNR, last name, Email (or)
- Enter Lotusmiles Member
- Click “Log in”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from Vietnam airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
The Refund Request Form and email it to onlinesupport@vietnamairlines.com, Purchase or contact a Vietnam Airlines branch office.
- Go to “Manage Booking” and Click ‘Refund’
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
- Enter Vietnam ticket number, Booking code & Passenger details.
- Click “Submit”.
- You can request refund through Email: onlinesupport@vietnamairlines.com (Within Vietnam), onlinesupport.us@vietnamairlines.com (For itineraries to/from United State).

- You can contact Vietnam Contact Centre for any change/refunds,
