I, travelled Kochin ā Abu Dhabi on 18th May 2018.
Due to Urgency I rescheduled Abu Dhabi- Kochin on 27th May 2018 IX452 reaching at 28th 2.25AM.
On 27yh May 2018n I, made early checking from Abu Dhabi Exhibition center by paying extra fees and reached airport very early. I reached Gate no. 7 as per the boarding pass, but the informed to go gate No.10,then went to gate No.10 from there they directed to go gate No. 7,reached again gate No.7 again they sent me to gate No. 10. I waited long time to open gate from gate they took us in a bus . nearly one Hour they kept us in the bus finally we reached in the flight. They kept us waiting more than one Hour in the flight. Instead of departure 8.50 PM the flight started flying after 12AM and reached Kochin, after 5.30 AM. Due to fasting I booked food but not served from the flight. Due to the delay I have suffered and suffering lot of damages and problems.
I request you to make an investigation regarding the above facts and give me the reason .Am planning to go consumer court for my loss and damages due to the delay.

Respected Sir,
I booked ticket AUH- KOK- AUH- 6th April 2018 and 13th April 2018. When Am coming back to Abu Dhabi. Due to traffic block I called Etihad office and checked boarding time and told to present minimum one hour before departure. Departure time was 13th April 21.25.So should present not after 20.25. on the way I took Boarding Pass online, reached 20.15 and approached Etihad Kochin counter and counter staff told counter closed due to over booking. Me and my child must reach 14th April 2018 and checked with them to get seats in the next immediate flight 14th April 4.24 AM, but it was fully booked.
Because Etihad flight was not available I compelled to use other carrier-Air India Express and took ticket travelled 14th April 2018 and reached Abu Dhabi.
I paid Indian Rupees 55,917.22 for the ticket.
I request to find the attached evidence documents- Please investigate the matter- find the truth and Please refund the Etihad ticket fare and also credit the miles to my account as earliest.
This difficulty and problems happened due to the irresponsibility of the counter staff. They closed the counter before the actual closing time due to over booking. Actually I took online boarding pass, and checked with Etihad office and reached before the closing time with online boarding pass.
Etihad service is very good that is why we people using Etihad Airways due to the Irresponsible counter staff it will create difficulty to passenger and loose Etihad rating.
I request your attention for the above matter and do needful, take action against the staff also.

I had a flight from sharjah airport on air al Arabia on /5th April and they let me check in until we reach the plane then they took me and my sister out saying we need visa. . I told them our passport doesnāt need visa and they kept us in the airport Long time . Then when we left after they didnāt refund the ticket and they gave it to standby people , after day we went to another airport and travel to Egypt and we donāt need visa . They damage my vacation and let me paid double in another airline plus they didnāt contact me after I made a lot of complains , we lost days from our vacation , and money and the un refundable hotel

I booked a return flight ticket from BudgetAir.com on Emirates Airlines but my flight return canceled since 07/04/2020 and till now I didn’t receive a refund or a replacement ticket. I have sent many emails for BudgetAir but no reply and I sent an email for Emirates Airlines and they said ” you had to contact BudgetAir and till now nothing happened please check and do the needful.

AirArabia decreasing flying allownce now.
Although we are the cabin crew involved into the cabin with the passengers and getting exposure to everyone in the cabin and facing pax and nobody knowa if they are fine or having diseases.
In such circumstances at least to leave our salary same not reducing it.
Cabin crew humans as well.
Want to feel satisfied sometimes companies are giving extra money for facing risks.
Now for facing risks in the cabin to reduce our salary?

My Name is Abdul Vahid Ahamed Kunju , Living in Dubai ,UAE and have purchased One air ticket from REHLAT on 08th Nov 2019 to travel with Oman Air for 26th June 2020 . But due to this pandemic situation the FLIGHT has been cancelled and our ticket has been cancelled accordingly .
