    Dear sirs

i purchased a ticket from Qantas . After paying $ 600 on taxes , I went to check on the website and it was written that I should pay only 355 taxes, on the same route . I called Qantas and they told me that the tax can fluncuate by 250 dollars from day to day ? My question is there any guide line or regulation re how much the airline can charge ?
Does it change from day to day ?
    thanks Ada

Due to COVID Delta airlines was not able to offer my return flight from Guatemala to Sydney on June 25 2020 and they agreed to a refund. They advised me that the refund had been deposited into the card holders account on 9/12/20 but it could take two months to arrive into the account. The card holder is not myself and they have said the amount has not arrived.

How can you help me to get this money?

    Hi IATA,

I required a PCR Test for travel 48 hours prior to my departure flight, However on the IATA app the dates and times are incorrect putting me outside the 48hours timeframe. My PCR Test as per the cert is correct however someone has input it wrong causing my app to highlight red saying “Not ok to Travel”

Can you please tell me if this can be rectified ASAP as my flight is in less than 24hours

Your urgent response to this matter would be greatly appreciated,

    Thanks
    William Pele
