Dear Sirs, we forward to you the message we sent to SpiceJet in India in order to ask for full refund for 2 SG tkts.
The reason: we can not be considered as “no show” because Indian Government cancelled all entry visa at that time
for Italian pax because of spread of CORONAVIRUS. We explained several times to SG this and that we are facing “special case”
( normally the carriers give back full refund because of COVID-19!!)
We ask to this IATA office to clarify this problem and to have a reply.
    Many thanks our best regards
    Nossa/ Bassano Alessandro Ronconi/ Domenico

Ref to your email of 22 August I am sending in attachment the required details for me ( ID proof and Indian entry visa).
Separately I am also sending copy of Oman Air International ticket.
As for Mr Ronconi Domenico, for whom I paid his SpiceJet ticket, I am also sending the same documents, but separately.

It is clear from these documents that:

    – Our first day of Rajasthan Tour : 04 March at Jaipur, then on 07 March air travel SpiceJet from Jaipur to Jaisalmer, then
continue until 19 March of our tour ( you can check with travel agency Kandhari Holidays in Jalandhar/ ref. Mrs Dipti
mob. 01814680900 0181 4623777 to whom we paid all ground services).
    – Beginning March the Indian Government cancelled all entry visas previousley granted to Italian tourists, due to spred
    of coronavirus .
SO… HOW COULD WE LEAVE FOR INDIA? It is so obvious that we are facing a “special case” for which we are not responsible.

I hope I have given all the details requested.

    With best regards

    Nossa Bassano Alessandro
