I tried to call from Canada the number 1-800-852-3688 that is published in your website’s page for JAL’s reservation office in Singapore, but received an error message that this number is not available from my area.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to ask on behalf of my daughter, about the procedure of making a claim for a damaged luggage in Japan.
My daughter has taken 2 flights to Japan on Tuesday, 14 November 2017 and she would only be back to Singapore on next Tuesday, 21 November 2017.
Her 1st flight, JL 038, was to Haneda International Airport Terminal 1 from Singapore, and another transit flight, JL 115, to (Osaka) Itami International Airport Terminal D1.
She then realised that the wheels of the President Luggage had damaged. Thus, she would like to do a claim for the damaged caused.
Please advise on how we could do so.

I’m booking JAL flights from Singapore to Japan Tokyo/Osaka for my family of 5 adults in mid March 2019.
I book through your JAL wed and I noticed that :
1) there is no choice of seat selection in JL038 (SG to HND) but there is seat selection choice for JL037 (HND to SG) and also some domestic flights from Tokyo to Osaka. Please advise on how to confirm the seat booking on these JAL flights as we are travelling as a family and thus would like to seat together.
2) I’m booking under my JMB member ship number for 5 persons, thus for flight mileage accumulation, is it all the flight mileage accumulate under my member ship or I have to use individual (each member ship number) to accumulate for each of us?
3) Kindly advise any JAL flight promotion/code for March 2019 travel to Japan.

I have a booking with Japan Airlines for travel from Fukuoka to Sapporro on 24 May. Payment has been made but there is a problem trying to cancel to get a refund due to the Covid19. I have sent email to customer support but they came back to say this is reservation problem that need to contact reservation. The reservation is absolutely not contactable. Have been calling the hotline, on hold for many hours over yesterday and today. Have not been able to reach anyone. Flight itinerary was changed for one of two passengers. Doesnāt make sense as the flights was booked to travel together. Need to rearrange accordingly but unable to reach JAL in any way.

Narita to Changi
My air ticket has been changed without my consent, from 18C to 24H. Iām travelling with my wife and 2 kids, Iāve booked and fully paid for all 4 of us to be seated together. My seat is right next to my wife. This is very disappointing. My calls to your hotline went unanswered. Please revert my seat to my original seat, 18C.
This is my very first experience to have my seat changed unilaterally by a full service airline, without any reason.

I want to submit a request for a refund of excess baggage allowance. Passenger has checked in, it was a transit flight via Haneda Airport where the passenger was told that he could not transit due to US visa issue. We paid USD200 for the excess luggage.
