Hello, I traveled to Liberia from Ghana on the 14th of January 2023 via Kenya airways flight KQ508. When I landed in Monrovia, I realized my bag was missing. Further inquiries showed that my bag did not land in Liberia. It’s been five days without my personal belongings. Kenya airways Ghana needs to tell me what happened to my bag.
I have been calling continuously on the numbers shared on the website but no one is picking the calls. This is not the first time that I have encountered this. Out of 4 numbers given on the website none is being picked though they are ringing. Come on Kenya Air, what is this?
