Since then I have asked a paid service to retrieve my glasses. They have not yet been successful. Maybe that was a mistake and I should have contacted you immediately.

Please let me know why our flight from Hamburg to Vancouver on 23.7.2017 booking reference 5FFERT has been cancelled at this late hour and if there is a KLM flight available if we miss the rescheduled flight with LH/AC. What about our original request for two aisle seats that we have paid for?
All i got were ADS!! Awful service. I had wanted to ask for a wheel chair and got ADS!
