I am in Kuala Lumpur and left my glasses on your flight KL809 from Amsterdam to Kl in seat number 1E (I was booked in 1D but swapped with my wife) Today i have had an unbelivable run around and so far got nowhere. The hotel gave me Tel Number 603-21420300 and customer service 18664340320 none of which work. I tried your 6032079000 of your web site which does not work and i tried 60387766253 off your website which also does not work. PLease please can you not publish one number that works as without my reading glasses life is not easy.

I bought a ticket for my brother on the 2nd May 2017 to fly from Kuala Lumpur to South Africa and he was refused entry on the basis that he holds a Zimbabwean passport and is not allowed to travel on a European Airline which I thought was pathetic. I rung the UK office where I live to get a refund and I was told that I need to ring the Malaysia office which I did but got no joy.

As you don’t have an email address and I do not have a facebook or twitter account I try to reach you this way. Last thursday 26 April I arrived at KLIA on the KL0809 flight. I forgot my notebook (document not computer) that was under my leg rest of my BC chair # 03H. On my flight back, today 29 april (KL0810) I spoke a stewardess, that told me she had found the item and gave it to the crew in Kuala Lumpur. As the item has not been reported yet at Schiphol airport I hope you might have the item or know how to get it. It has my name vaguely written on front: Hendrik Havinga, it is grey/blue and is filled with handwritten notes, that are very valuable for me. I hope you can try to locate it and possibly send it back to Schiphol with another KLM flight.
