Please contact me regarding a complain of damaging and lost luggage during flight KL4245 14.12.2017 Seoul – Auckland
or during flight KL 0855 13.12.2017 Amsterdam-Seoul.
This complain is advised by Air New Zealand, because they tell me that the damaged en stolen luggage is the fault of Korean Airlines.
So please contact me of tell me the emailaddress where I can send all the details. I advice you to contact Baggage Services AKL office from Air New Zealand in Auckland. The made a rapport by nr. AKLKE18121 d.d. 15.12.2017 “claim lost- and damaged luggage and stolen goods”
They will inform you about the contacts I had with them. But now they say that Korean Airlines is the blaim.
So please take notice of this email and I hope to hear from you very soon. Then I can send you all the details and correspondence.
