i have received 2 emails yesterday from you regarding our flights from Brisbane to London (Business Class) scheduled for 19th April. The first stated there would be a further 24 hour lay over in Seoul and late last evening received a second stating that we would now be flying back to UK from Sydney on 20th April. I have tried ringing you 4 times this morning on 07-3226-6000 but each time when asked to press ‘1’ for English the call cuts out. My wife and I are concerned as to exactly what is happening.
