    I am in Ho Chi Minh City (my 11th visit….using Korean Air 8 times). I have always been very satisfied, especially when I have had to extend my visits (the girls have always told me if they can find a flight back to U S with same connections, the change would be free….and they were. This time, however, is MUCH different. I have had an emergency occur back in the U S requiring me to change my flight much earlier. The girl turned me over to a supervisor (in Malaysia I believe), and he found me a flight for March 22 (same connections) but it will cost me $2000 !!!!!! I have said many good things about Korean Air in the past several years…..even getting many of my friends to use Korean Air…..but if I have to pay $2000 for the same connection flight back to the U S, Korean Air will NEVER get the positive remarks from me again……and will lose a valued customer. I feel strongly that someone at Korean Air is taken advantage of me, and I do not appreciate it. I hope this can be rectified…….thank you.
