Our luggage was delayed last night 12/20/18 from Korea to Manila. Flight number ke 623. The personnel staff said that they will deliver it to our distination the next day. We have waited all day for a call about my luggage but we never heard from your company. We tried to call the telephone number but nobody answer the phone. Please help us. We come home to celebrate Christmas with family but with out our luggage this will ruin the celebration. All of our things is there. Right now we are low on clothes. I expect to hear from you as soon as possible.
