The KoreanAir.com website always acting strangely when you click certain pages after you log in, the page will freeze and you have to shut down computer and log back in.
Also it changes price in real time if you check the price a few times, seems to be someone is watching you on the website and increase the prices on your selection.
Further, it requires you to provide document proof for Family Plan for pooling mileage points – such as Tax Return ( which will show your social security number and financial information ), marriage certificate etc. Why the needs of such ridiculous requirement ?! If I want someone to share by redeem my mileage points, I am giving up what I own and it does not affect Korean Air in any negative way.
I made a reservation for myself and my family. The booking reference number is 54484349.
The flight departs at the IAD at 11:50 on December 31st. I want to board the flight with my cat in the cabin.
