After calling your Phnom Penh reservation 4 times I was told they would call me back 2 different times but no return call. Finally on 5th call I was switched to Malaysia and talked to an agent. I needed to change my departure date but they would not let me because it was over 1 year??? Anyway I have flown over 65000 miles on Korean Air but this is worst service I ever got. I cancelled my $1350 ticket and they only gave me a $90 refund?? Crazy, I will not fly Korean Air again, I have been loyal customer but this is completely wrong. I just wanted a credit for future ticket purchase, now you have lost a good customer.
