    Good day.

    I have input full name in first name and last name, affected our name show duplicate in flight ticket. Now we already change name from Singapore departure only. But for flight back from Korea, we unable to change at here. And I tried to call KE reservation, but cannot reach. Please help to check whether have issue when check in from Korea airport? And whether can help us to change to correct one? Our flight come back from Korea is on 18/Oct, please update to us ASAP.

      we have been calling Korean air to cancel our flight on 8 march to 18 march and until now their line no one pick up??
      what type of service ??? and our flight is next week 8 march coming soon??? till now we still have not settle, please advise

    I want to cancel my air tickets from Singapore to Korea, but due to Password Error, I could not log in after many attempts. I have been trying to call the customer support hotline for assistance for more than 1 week and still unable to connect, our flights is on 3/3/2020 which is very soon from now.
