    Dear sir,

    I would like more information on the credit card verification issue.
    I have booked a air ticket for my client and I received a notice that I have present the original ID and credit card for verification at the Korean Airline office/counter.

    Can it be done online via email since the email has been captured in your system during booking?
    It is a hassle to just hop in to the office to do the verification.

    I’ve been trying to call your hotline but the service have been down for a number of days already.

    Will like to inquire about flight status and/or possible cancellation if necessary. Some legs of my flights have been rescheduled on your end several times which are feasible (e.g. flight will land AFTER my connecting flight departs).

    Will appreciate if you can assist in this matter.
