    On October 14, 2018 I waited for 2 hours on hold for your customer service in the US (1-866-435-9526). The next day, October 15, 2018, I wanted again this time for 1.5 hours. No one ever answered the phone although every once and a while the recording would ask me to continue to wait…. This is very frustrating!

    I need help getting a seat assignment for an award flight I booked through your partner airline, Alaska Airlines. The confirmation # is EHCYFY, my name is Susan Hawkins. I have a Business Class ticket on 2 flights: LAN 601, LAX to LIM, departing 4 June 2019 AND LAN 2075, LIM to CUZ, departing 5 June 2019.

    I can find my reservation on your website but when I try to select a seat assignment, on LAN 601 it only gives me Economy seats as options. My award level is for a Business class ticket on this flight. On the other flight, LAN 2075, I tried to select an economy seat (I think there are no Business class seats on this flight) but could not do that either. I tried to pay the $5 fee to get a seat assignment but it would not process it.

    Please contact me with a (1) Business class seat assignment on LAN 601 and (2) a window seat assignment on LAN 2075.

    I have been trying to call the number in the US and in Chile and no one ever answers the phone. I have an email saying that my flight has been modified and I HAVE to call the contact center. When I go to your web page it is not recongnizing my reserve code, nor my LAN PASS number nor my document number. What is happening???

    THE OPERATION WILL BE OVER AND I CAN GO TO LIMA ON APRIL 26 THE SAME FLIGHTS AND COME HOME ON MAY 5TH FROM LIMA… THE TRIP IS BOOKED AS FIRST CLASS.

    I SPEAK ENGLISH. THE LANGUAGE I HEAR ON THE PHONE IS GARBALLED. I BOOKED FLIGHT THRU EXPEDIA… I HAD A TRAINEE SPEND HOURS WITH NO RESULTS…SENDING TO WIERD PLACES AT WEIRD TIMES. how do I reach the airline that has one half star that I booked at Experdia…delmonte@juno.com

    This airline never reimbursed me for a canceled flight, despite they said so. Latam Airlines states that they penalize you with $200 USD when you cancel your ticket before the date of the flight. I paid $720 for a ticket and instead of getting $520 back, I got only $123. Cancellation was 10 days prior to date of flight. This event happened in November 2018. After sending all the documentations they requested to proof my point, in February they admitted their mistake. Since then they have requested 5 times my banking information, which I provided. The first couple of times they let me know that my bank refused the wire transaction. The other 3 times, Latam confirmed making a successful transaction, which they never could prove. According to my bank there was never any domestic nor international wire transaction, not even a try. When I requested Latam a tracking number of the successful transaction, they immediately emailed me another new request of my bank information to send me the money. I have contacted them via email (there is no other option to talk with any human being) more than 30 times (I have the emails saved). Today, December 4th, 2019 they emailed me: thanks for contacting us, you have 2 options:(1) fill out another complaint in Latam website (2) call contact center. I called Customer Service, the machine says my case is solved and hang out on me. I accept any suggestions.

    My wife and son had a flight from Panama to Lima then Lima to Tarapoto. The first leg of the flight was delayed (with another airline to be fair). I called Latam to try to transfer to a later flight. There was availabilty on the later flights but they wouldn’t let me do it(this is same day) saying my class of ticket wouldn’t allow it and that airline delays weren’t their problem. They just said “too bad” and to buy another ticket. leaving my wife and infant son with no options while the flights are in progress. Zero customer service and zero customer empathy. We will never fly with Latam again.

    I bought on January 28, 2020 the ticket # 045-7424047937, Booking Ref. PIBMPJ by Oversun Travel (Liliana Mesias), so because of Covid-19 I can’t travel and I’m waiting the refund to my credit card, but the you said it was made, but the bank account didn’t show it.
