I had booked a flight last Oct 31, 2022 fir travel from Boston to Florence Italy for March 29 through May 17,2023 connecting through Munich. At the beginning of Feb 2023 Lufthansa contacted me by email saying they had to cancel one of my connecting flights and delaying the other connecting flight by 4 hours. I called Lufthansa customer service and they changed my itinerary through Frankfort instead of Munich. They sent me a new email confirming the change in Itinerary and i thought I was all set. Then I looked up my itinerary to rebook the seats I wanted and the itinerary has a note attached saying it is on hold until I pay for the new itinerary before Oct of 2022. Thus is now February 2023. I did receive credit on my bank statement fir what I paid for the original itinerary three days later. I then called reservations and said I would like to pay fir the new itinerary so I could be ticketed and get my seats. The agent told me the price and took my credit card info. 2 days later I am still waiting for Lufthansa to charge my card for the new itinerary and remove the hold on my reservations. No one from Lufthansa has sent me an email regarding my ne payment or the status of my new itinerary. This us very disappointing as we have flown Lufthansa to Italy exclusively once or twice a year for the last 15 years. I am going to try and call yet again this Monday and try and get my reservation fixed. This will br my fifth call to Lufthansa regarding this matter. Thus whole thing was caused by Lufthansaās inability to honor my original itinerary which was bought and paid for 5 months before scheduled trip.

Lusfansa has changed our flights. Husband and I are trying to travel with my 98 year old father. Separate bookings were made. Now we are all on different flights. Set to leave 20 July, 2021. Desperation is setting in!!
I have tried to make our seat reservations for Confirmation #3EQC67 via your on-line website with no help. Then I called 1-800-645-3880 and finally hung up after being on the phone for 65 minutes. All other airlines on this booking have confirmed our seats. This is the second time I have flown with Lufthansa, and the same problem both times. I need someone to assist me, as I don’t want to wait until I check in to see where the computer has put me.
I would like to know if Lufthansa is cleared to carry Indian passport holders (US Green Card Holders) on flight from EWR to BLR Via Frankfurt under the bubble flights approved by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India. There is no phone for consumer care phone number. There no address of the Lufthansa office in Boston MA.
I want to complain about the behavior of the Lufthansa staff in Boston and there is no way to do that. There is information of the head of operation of Lufthansa in Terminal E in Boston MA, no phone number and no address.
