Good day. I am trying to reach out your office by phone. Disappointingly, the line is always busy and engaged at the moment as per the operator always says. I tried your three other contact number but sadly it is still the same. I hope you could provide a more decent and obliging customer service for all your customers, since your airline is considered as one of the top airline in the Philippines.

Just wondering your singapore number had been engage for straight 2 hours!???Seems like you are the busiest airline in the whole world.I need to be jobless to keep dialling your number.Trust,i dialled your number like 50 times and until now its still engage.Frustrating!

    Hi,
Where is you Philippine Airline office in Singapore located now? It’s not at Selegie Road, like what you mentioned in your website, also the telephone number did not work.
Can you please update your website and inform your clients of your new address, contact number, so that we do not waste time going to the office and it’s no more there.

    Thank you,
    Mrs Rohde, Singapore, 27/04/2019

PAL continues to offer a poor level of service. Having reserved my seat on all 4 flights with PAL I am told by email that a seat “has been changed”. This seat was arranged with PAL to facilitate my assistance and transfer to a domestic flight in Manila. It has been changed arbitrarily without any recourse and on an email that not only offers no response (no-reply@) but also provides no contact address/email or phone. There will be a row when I turn up at the airport this evening as frankly I object to being treated this way. As a senior citizen used to frequent international travel I marvel as to why the wonderful country of the Philippines is subject to such bad services by its supporting organisations and businesses, you seem not to realise either what customer service is or that we are now in the 21st century !!! such a disappointment

The issue for us was that our luggages were lost then 2 of them were found after 8 days and the 3rd one after 2 weeks, and the 3rd luggage was damaged very badly that I have to buy a new one. Our trip was from Singapore to Toronto which was delayed for 90 minutes and so we missed our connection flight in Manila and they had to book us a flight to Vancouver then we took West Jet to Toronto. What we ask for is reimbursement for the clothes, shoes, toiletries and other stuff such as the traveling luggage that we bought due to the late delivery of our luggage. I attached receipts and picture of the luggage to the Baggage Team in the Philippines but so far no response or acknowledgment of receipt and I emailed customer service and tried calling but most of the time the line is engaged or they don’t respond, I wrote many emails both for customer service in Singapore and Manila but everyone throws the responsibility to the others because they are unable to do anything. I think we are entitled to such reimbursement as per the Montreal Convention. I would like to know if anybody got such a problem and got reimbursed and how did you do it? I need advice please.
