My computer will not allow me to print our revised tickets. I telephoned Qantas a couple of days ago and the tickets were re emailed to me but still not scrolling down the screen or showing a ‘PRINT’ option, then the email screen vanishes and I have to open the email window again. Now I want to come to the Qantas office to get the printed tickets. Where in Auckland is your office? We have booked flights Sydney to Tokyo on 7 April 2017. Booking reference 5CTP77. There are two tickets for my wife and I.
    Regards, Colin.

Getting very very annoyed. Have been trying to pay for my Business Class flight online for 3 days now – something wrong with your website, because my credit cards and bank account are fine.
Now the fare has gone up by $5.
Called the toll free number this morning – got the freight office after 10 minutes, who transferred me to the passenger line – waiting 35 minutes being told my call was important and they would be with me shortly! Ha Ha! On top of that I understand you will want to charge me a fee for calling the service (what a joke) office to sort this out. Hung up after 35 mins and called again. Now have the freight office again and have been waiting a further 5+ minutes so far.
DO YOU WANT MY BUSINESS OR NOT …???? I am at work and have better things to do with my time ….

    Hi,
I have flights booked on QF152, QF1011, QF2284 and QF155 but have no e-Ticket or similar. Do I need one?

I am also trying to ensure that my wife has dairy-free meals on our flights QF152, QF1011, QF2284 and QF155. The system does not allow me to request this from the dropdown menu choices, she is not vegetarian and it is impossible to know whether any of the other options are dairy-free.

    Can you help?

    Bruce Moody

You are impossible to contact. No one answers the phones. you don’t seem to want to have any customer contact! Where are your offices in Auckland!??? Why do you make it so incredibly difficult for customers to get any information? Why won’t you put your office address on your website??

    Regarding overcharge of flights

  • Anton Booyzen

The telephone number given for changes to bookings is totally useless. I have spent more than 3 hours hanging on without any answer. Really useless service.

  • Dr Anthony Wood

Could you please give me the address of the Qantas reservations office in Auckland so I can call in to make a booking> Thank you

  • Helen Ayers

My colleague and I are booked on Qantas flight 146 Auckland – Sydney at 3.15pm today. We received a text message this morning to tell us that flight is cancelled. We presume due to the extreme weather at Sydney.
We rang the NZ contact number, and after half an hour were answered, only to be put on hold again and then the call was ended with no further explanation.
We have been here for the week for work and need to return to Sydney as soon as possible.
Please can you contact me to let us know the current situation and how soon we can fly to Sydney.

I would imagine it is easier to get hold of south africas water and electricity department than to get t speak to your New Zealand help desk. This is not acceptable for a reputable company of your size and stature. Really disappointing.

  • Sudhir

it may be easier to contact rwanda air service than qantas NZ. Why does it take so long, more than half hour on a Tuesday around 2 pm to get a customer service officer to answer the phone? It is cost cutting of staff as usual? However, the customer service consultant provided very good service and was well done.

  • Jhames Lubbe

Tried to make a call to change flights. What a joke. Thought South Africa was bad when it came to customer service. Can’t complain about service at Qantas as there is none.

  • Bruce Simpson

What a micky mouse outfit. I will not voluntarily use qantas again. Delibrate obfuscation to make it almost impossible to contact anyone via phone Half an hour on hold. transferred to “frequent flyer number which tells me to ring back later and no option to simply talk to a human.

Hi, after booking a flight via Webjet to attend event in May. Looked for option on Webjet to advise that am a paraplegic, so in Wheelchair. Webjet offers no option for this, other to advise to contact the Airline. Which in this case is Qantas.
The Qantas website sends you around in circles, before telling you to call them. So tried that, but after 2hours on hold, decide to see if there is an email address which can use to try and update my flight booking. Because waiting that long on a call isn’t going to improve anyone’s spirits.
    Can someone contact me?

    Thanks

    • Editor G

We feel sorry for you. And we are the offical website. If we get an update from our vendor, we shall update with the fast lane working number.

  • Jose Ramirez

    Hi

I would like to add a stopover to my return flight. This information is not available online and cant be sorted via My Bookings. I have been on a phone call on hold for what will be a minimum of 2hrs. This didnt work yesterday and I am skeptical about it working today. I have asked for the call back option and NOONE called me back. I have filled in several contact forms that send me around in a loop. I have left a message on your face back page and now have to deal with a bot!!! this is extremely frustrating and now I cant even find a physical address here in NZ.

  • Monique Beyer

Hi, I had a callback from the Auckland office twice. Both times the call was interrupted after 5 seconds. Now I donā€™t seem to be getting through at all. Is there an issue with your call centre? All I wanted to ask is whether we can take a bike with us on our trip which is shared between Qantas, Emirates, and LOT. Thanks.

  • Rachel Hawthorne

Hi have been on the phone for the past two weeks trying to get some one to answer but no luck. I have a grandson flying back to Brisbane on the 17/07/2021 he is a minor travelling alone. His flight has been booked but did not select the seat as I am trying to find out what paper work needs to be done for him to be with a air hostess. He had to pay a adults fare and now I have been informed that we have to pay another $90.00 to travel with a air hostess. Will some one please email me back. This is disgraceful. Or give me a phone number of the Auckland Office. With all these flights cancelled from Australia you would think it would be a piece of cake getting some one to answer a phone. One call I waited 3hrs still no answer. Please Help.

I want to book QF flights from here in Auckland and have questions that can’t be answered online. When I ring the following numbers which the website says to use for reservations …
0800808767 – says not to use if not travelling in next 24 hours
    0800801344 – says Qantas Freight
09 2751019 – says this number no longer allocated to a working phone
… please advise how to book a flight on QF?
