    Hi, I tried calling the office the last two days but I got no luck. I left my olive green light jacket on my seat arriving to denpasar flight SQ942. I’m still in Bali until saturday, may 13. Is it possible if I pick it up on may 13th? My seat number is 42H.

    Greetings! Please refer to my lost luggage reference DPSSQ57780. I regret to inform you that your Bali Airport contact number is unreachable. Despite more than 50 (Fifty) calls, the staff does not pick up the number and I have received zero support. Till today, I continue to get bot emails with the standard wording ” We are working hard to locate your baggage right now. In the meantime, we will provide daily email updates on the progress.”

    It is now 5 days since I have arrived at Bali. Please note than my entire holiday has been ruined without clothes and personal effects and it is still impossible to reach the Bali lost luggage office. In desperation, I have contacted the Singapore office and they have replied that my luggage has reached Bali airport – this is in contradiction to the emails I am receiving. It is also impossible for the luggage to be delivered to me as I am now travelling to a new destination every day. Request confirm that the luggage is at Bali airport – also request instruct your Bali agent to get in touch with me so that I can retrieve me luggage earliest. KINDLY RESTORE MY FAITH IN THE GOOD NAME OF SINGAPORE AIRLINES!!
