SpiceJet flights is crucial to avoid any travel disruptions when heading to the UAE, you can enjoy a smooth and trouble-free journey. ‘OK TO BOARDā is a verification process, which allow passengers flying to Oman is travelling on a valid visa, which is deposited at the airport.
If the flight ticket does not indicate an āOK to Boardā the airlines can deny the passenger an entry to board the flight. This is an airline check-in procedure and not an Dubai immigration requirement. Passengers are advised to check on the update of the status at least 48 hours ahead of departure.
Spicejet Airline OK to Board (OKTB) for UAE / Dubai Travelers
UAE/Dubai travellers not required OKTB, if they’re:
- Holding a valid ResidentĀ Permit or passport stamped with Resident visa.
- Eligible for āVisa on Arrivalā irrespective of nationality.
- Travelling with a print-out of Business and Tourist e-Visa.
āOk to Boardā is mandatory for the following categories of travellers travelling to UAE/Dubai:
- Customers holding ECR (Emigration Check Required) passport.
- Customers travelling with a print-out of Labour & Work e-visa.
Oman Travelers
- If you’re travelling to Oman from India for employment purpose or as tourists, you’ve to comment āOk to Boardā in the PNR andĀ contact with your visa issuing agency for the same.
For Maldives Travelers
- Passengers travelling to Male from India for employment purpose or tourists without a return ticket should carry a mandatory āOK TO BOARDā comment on the PNR. Please contact with your Visa-issuing agency.
For the passengers travelling to Bangkok and Thailand
- If you travel to Bangkok & Thailand on a standard visa/passport, the documents accepted for entry must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of arrival while passengers with a visa on arrival with a standard passport must be valid for a minimum of 30 days from the date of arrival.
However, the exact requirements can vary depending on your nationality and visa type.

2. Customers traveling with a print-out of a Labor & Work e-visa.

How to apply for Spicejet Ok to Board Approval ?
- Visit SpiceJet Airline
- Enter Passenger Name, DOB, Mobile Number
- Enter Valid Email ID
- Enter Passport / Airline PNR Number
- Select the Departure date and time
- Browse and upload the Passport First / Last Page
- Upload Visa, Onward Air Ticket & Return Ticket.
- Choose the “Airlines”
- Click “Submit”.
How to Check Ok to Board for SpiceJet Online?
- Go to the “OKTB” section.
- Enter your application reference and Passport Number.
- Look for the Ok to Board status click on “Check”.
