Dear Sir / Madam,
You have changed the 3 tickets for me as you showed in your confirmation but unfortunately my wife could not fly the airport did not allow her to fly. My 4 years old son did not want to fly without his mother so that I had to buy new ticket which cost around 900ā¬.
I would like to what happened with my tickets ? Why do I need to hassle in airport ?
