I wish to transport some items from Kano Nigeria to USA Houston, Texas. Yesterday, Thursday July 19, 2018, I went to your Kano Office at Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport to enquire about the shedule of freight charges. I met one Yusuf who was very arrogant, unco-operative and overly high-handed. I begged him for over an hour to let me know what the freight charges are, but he adamantly refused. His reason was that some people come and make enquiries and go, never to return. I asked him, how are you sure I will not come back? To me, this is most surprising and that is not the way to do business. My question to you now is: Is it your policy not to entertain enquiries about your products and services, or is it that Mr. Yusuf was acting out of his personal whims? This Mr. Yusuf if allowed to go on this way, is capable of tarnishing your hard-earned image and reputation built over so many years. I implore you to urgently do something about this so that it doesn’t continue. Finally, kindly let me have your schedule of air cargo freight charges from Kano to Houston, Texas, USA. Thank you.
