It would be helpful if people were available to actually answer calls. I tried to call the Amman office over half a dozen times and still have not gotten any answer!
I can not believe what is going ,I been trying to call all phone numbers they provide us for customer service over two hours and still no answer from 10 am…

This is the worst team and flight ever, I booked my flight from Amman to Istanbul 11:00am local time and another from Istanbul to Amesterdam at 03:15pm local time.
The plane departed from Amman at 12:00pm (with no reason), and delayed again arriving Istanbul because of weather.
The lady on the plane said there are multiple flights to Amesterdam the team will reserve one for me.
When I arrived the airport, I found the gate closed for the initial flight already, tried to get another one with no luck as the team confirmed no available flights.
I called my company (whom I got the flight booked by) and they confirmed there is an available flight, started a conversation with aguy from Turkish airline who is talking only and not listening or respecting people he kept lying and saying no available flight to Amesterdam today.
After 2 hours hearing guys lies, they said there are no available seats, I got a screenshot from CWT for the available seats and showed it to them, they changed my flight details direct.
Went to get my new flight ticket from the other counter where a lady said no time for check process for you so we went back to the 1st counter with same people who continue lying although we showed the available flight timing and number and although they changed ours.
After all this lying trip, we start running here and there to get our bags back and now sitting in the lost and found office with no one help or give clear direction.
It was my 1st flight through Turkey, that will never be repeated for sure.

Firstly, we ask for you to accept our regret at the unpleasant situation you have experienced, and we apologize for not getting you to the final destination on your ticket on time.

I’ve been trying to call THY office in Amman for the last 5 days, but no answer. Really frustrating and disappointing.
