It’s Jamil. I traveled from Lahore to Copenhagen on 19 April 2017. I lost my baggage, but I got it on 20 April at my home in Copenhagen. I reported at Copenhagen airport. But when i received my baggage next day, It was totally broken. I want to claim for my broken bag and luggage. Where i should claim for all this. here is my Ticket details. I have pictures of my bag. I have traveled with your airline twice, the first time my baggages were late for four days, and the second time my flight was delayed, which caused me to miss my next flight, and instead of taking responsibility like others airlines, your representative treated me extremely impolitely and told me that I have to pay for my ticket myself. Your airline is worst, and neither I and the rest of family will ever buy any tickets from you, and I will advice everyone that I know to do the same and stop wasting their money on your airline. there are plenty of other good and responsible airlines out there.
