    Whenever I am calling phone number 01 492 1855 of Zagreb office as indicate on your web page , I cannot get through. What is the problem ? Because of that I have BIG problem. Today I have read in Zagreb news paper “Jutarnji List ” that Turkish line time table is changed and that in November there are going to be only 4 flights a week M.W.F.Sunday. I have bought ticket in Moscow no.2353742445921. On 31. of august with TK 414 I flew to Istanbul and with TK 1055 to Zagreb. I was supposed to fly from Zagreb to Istanbul on 28. Nov. by TK 1054, and than with TK 415 to Moscow. But 28.of November is Saturday, and there is no flight on this day. Can you please explain to me how I can solve this problem when I cannot contact your Zagreb Office.

    Toliko sam razocarana! Katastrofalna usluga, lazi oko promijene karata, izmisljene doplate, nitko se tjednima ne javlja na telefon, za doplatu karata zbog promijene leta njihovom krivnjom, jer su ukinuli let, salju bahato da se plati na aerodrom jer je centar zatvoren zbog potresa. I to za karte koje su placene on line. Trazila sam predracun da platim u 21.stoljecu putem interneta, ali mi je receno sutra jer su pred kraj radnog vremena! Pa mi je napomenuto da moram platiti do 11, u medjuvremenu sam slala mail i trazila ponudu i za bussines, kad vec nadoplacujem (iako sam kupila promjenjive karte do petog mjeseca, a vec sam ih jednom mijenjala jer ste VI ukinuli letove iz vedra neba za koje su kupljene karte), no jos uvijek nema povratnog odgovora. Kao netko tko stalno putuje, ne znam jel vece razocarenje tvrtka ili korisnicka podrska koja je jednom rijecju stasna.

    Very bed service, they don’t know how to rebook fly!!! So sad for Turkish airlines to have uneducated working stuff!
    I was waiting to be served for business class 2 hours at airport Zagreb, very unfriendly! I’m future will never fly that company if I could will give them -10 stars. They doesn’t care about passenger! You could die like in prisoner waiting!
