How to change the passenger names on the ZIPZIR tickets?

  • Name can’t changed after the reservation. Tickets cannot be transferred to other individuals.
  • For changing the name of the passenger, you will need to cancel the ticket and repurchase it again.

How does the Passport should update?

You cannot update your passport’s name (ticket name), so please be sure to enter it correctly while making a reservation. The following passport information updated at the airport on the day of departure.

Delays/Flight Cancellations conditions

1. Full Refund

2. Flight or Schedule changes

  • The airline make changes to flights or schedules up to two weeks prior to/after the planned departure date.
  • No handling fees will result from this.
