How to change the passenger names on the ZIPZIR tickets?
- Name can’t changed after the reservation. Tickets cannot be transferred to other individuals.
- For changing the name of the passenger, you will need to cancel the ticket and repurchase it again.
How does the Passport should update?
You cannot update your passport’s name (ticket name), so please be sure to enter it correctly while making a reservation. The following passport information updated at the airport on the day of departure.

Delays/Flight Cancellations conditions
1. Full Refund
If there are no special legal provisions in the country of payment or where the refund will be provided, applicable fares, payments for related services, and any other fees will be refunded. Refunds will be provided according to the conditions of carriage and our company’s regulations. Typically, refunds will be made in the same currency used to make the payment, but company regulations also allow other currencies to be used.
- If the journey has completely canceled and will not performed, all paid fares, payments for related services, and any other fees will refunded.
- If a portion of the journey has canceled and not performed, all paid fares, payments for related services, and any other fees for the applicable portion will refunded.
- If the journey will recommenced from a flight following a changed flight, paid fares, payments for related services and any other fees for the changed portion will refunded. ZIPAIR is not responsible for costs associated with delays, missed flights, etc., resulting from this.
- Refunds will provided if a request is made within 90 days of the date of boarding listed on the ticket or the recorded date of boarding for the changed flight.
2. Flight or Schedule changes
- The airline make changes to flights or schedules up to two weeks prior to/after the planned departure date.
- No handling fees will result from this.
3. For the corresponding delay at the airport of arrival and departure flights in the United States

You will reimbursed via the payment method you used. After completing the procedures, it may take around one to two months for the payment to arrive . Refunds will only issued if the passenger requested within 90 days from the scheduled boarding date mentioned on the ticket.
