ZIPAIR Customer Care Check-in Strollers

Strollers can checked-in as Check-in baggage for free of charges. Check-in stroller charged as a check-in baggage, if passenger did not travel with infant/children U6 or using it. No packing service for Check-in strollers. You can use your own strollers to the boarding gate at the time of departure, but need to pick up at the baggage return area after arrival.

Infants / Child at ZIPAIR

ZIPAIR provides Baby Safety Seats for children under the age of 2. Customers who have their own Child safety seats cannot be used on board, but they can checked in as a check in baggage with free of charge.

*Infant weighing less than 9kg

– No Reservations made through the website for passengers less than 9kg.
– Zip Air not secure your child’s flight ticket, as it will be depending on the availability at the time of contacting the contact center.
– If you need to change the Infant’s Weight information to more than or less than 9 kg, please Contact center or at the airport check-in counter.

Booking with Adult and Children under the age of 6 should be seated next to each other and can avail seats at free of cost.

– Baby safety seats (child seats) must be installed rear-facing. The number of seats that can be installed rear-facing is limited.
– If the rear-facing seats are full, adult must hold the child on their lap after purchasing a seat for the child.

Can a child board the plane alone?

  • Children under 15 years old need to be accompanied by an adult 15 years old and above.
  • ZIPAIR will not accept bookings under the age of 15 without an adult companion.

How many children that one adult can travel?

  • Up to two children under the age of six can accompany one adult.
  • Infant under 2 years old included, one adult must accompany one Infant.

Conditions to carry animals for checked baggage / cabin

ZIPAIR does not allow animals inside checked-in baggage or accompanied on board. You not allowed to keep animals inside your checked baggage or accompany on board with you.

  1. Assistance dog (guidance dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs) taken into the cabin for free.
  2. For departure and arrival to US, service dogs (such as guide dogs, service dogs, alert dogs, etc.) except assistance dogs (guidance dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs) can be taken into the cabin only if the requirements are met.
  3. No Emotional support dogs allowed and if you want, you must submit the documents to the contact center before 48 hours of departure.

Pregnant passengers cannot travel if the expected due date is within 14days. For pregnant passengers who will be boarding within 28 days of giving birth, including the due date, please contact our contact center as you will require a medical information form.
