Due to COVID, my flight from. Brisbane to Bangkok on 25.March 2020 was cancelled. I received a message that my flight was successful turned into a credit. The letter stated that I should get in contact with the airline before 22.4.2021. For the last month I tried to do just that. I even travelled to Gold Coast airport. But there was no Office anymore. Flight has been recheduled and asked for refund. Every time a case open then close it without any luck. $2000 hanging for about 6 months. No calls are getting picked up ( Either line kept opened or voice mail and both wont get picked up!. Frustrating.
