I am scheduled to fly on the 10th of October, but I did not see a KLM ticketing agent at the Kuwait airport. How and where will I check bags and receive my boarding pass?
I have been trying to call the klm office number in Kuwait for literally 3 months and it is ALWAYS BUSY. It would be great if KLM had a local that diverts to actual customer service by actual people. Kuwait is abysmal with telephone contact and they rarely answer emails. Disgusted. Now emirates airlines or qAtar airlines – I can always reach them. Interesting.
